Students under the nomination system who fall into one of the following cases must reimburse scholarships and training costs:

First, the person voluntarily drops out of school or is forced to drop out of school by disciplinary action, except in cases of voluntary dropout due to force majeure.

Second, those who do not comply with the recruitment and job placement after graduation as committed.

Third, those whose working time after graduation in a job position assigned by the provincial People's Committee is less than twice the time of receiving scholarships and training costs.

Fourth, the person is disciplined and dismissed from work during the time of performing work obligations according to the assignment.
