Ms. Thai Thi Hong Lien, a judicial officer working at the Public Administration Service Center of Ward 1, Bao Loc, said: On the first working day under the 2-level local government model, although there are still difficulties that need to be resolved, I and the officers and civil servants working here are very excited. In the field I am in charge of, I clearly see that the settlement of administrative procedures for people is more convenient and faster.
For example, in the past, to carry out vehicle registration procedures, people had to go to many places such as the police, the one-stop department of the commune/ward People's Committee and the tax office. But now, everything has been brought together at the Public Administration Service Center, so it is very convenient, people do not have to waste time going back and forth many times.

Ms. Luu Nguyen Nhu Quynh, a resident of Ward 1, Bao Loc, said: “On the first day the Ward Public Administration Service Center opened, I came to handle land procedures. Because I was a bit worried, I had to come very early, but when I got here, I saw that everything was going very smoothly and orderly even though it was the first day of operation. The officials and civil servants showed a high sense of responsibility when guiding and consulting the people. I felt that handling administrative records and procedures for the people was more convenient and faster than before. I personally felt very satisfied.”

Due to my old age, I was a bit confused and worried at first, but when it was my turn, the staff here guided me very enthusiastically and thoughtfully.
