Danang Center for Information, Monitoring and Smart Operation participates in training to guide basic skills on using AI and deploy the "Digital Literacy" Movement

Implementing Plan No. 926/KH-UBND dated May 29, 2025 of the People's Committee of Thac Gian Ward on the implementation of the "Digital Education for All" Movement in the ward. On the afternoon of May 30, 2025, the People's Committee of Thac Gian Ward organized a training conference to guide basic skills on using artificial intelligence (AI) technology and implementing the "Digital Education for All" Movement, with the participation of a reporter from the Center for Information, Monitoring and Smart Operation in Da Nang.

The conference received the attention and participation of nearly 200 delegates including officials, civil servants, non-professional workers of ward agencies, people working in residential areas, members of the Community Digital Technology Team and Project 06 in the ward.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of Thac Gian Ward People's Committee emphasized: "Raising people's awareness and digital capacity is an important foundation for successfully implementing the comprehensive digital transformation process at the grassroots level. The 'Digital Education for All' movement not only helps people access technology but also stimulates creativity and proactive adaptation to digital life."

At the conference, a reporter from the Center for Information, Monitoring and Smart Operation of Da Nang introduced the following contents: an overview of artificial intelligence (AI), applications of AI in management and life, introduction of popular AI tools today, as well as how to exploit digital skills support platforms, typically the "Popular AI" column on Hotline 1022.

In conjunction with the training program, the conference also launched a competition movement in implementing digital transformation in the locality. On this occasion, the People's Committee of Thac Gian ward organized an award ceremony for creative ideas on digital technology applications. First Prize went to Trung Binh A3 area with the idea of ​​"Game to learn digital technology knowledge" and Second Prize went to Trung Hoa A1 with the idea of ​​"Fire prevention and fighting app for residential areas".

The conference took place in a lively atmosphere, attracting the attention and listening of the delegates attending. This is an important first step in the journey of popularizing digital skills in Thac Gian ward in particular and Thanh Khe district in general, contributing to bringing Da Nang closer to the goal of becoming a smart city.
