Accordingly, the force representing the Vietnam Coast Guard participating in the parade and marching to perform the A80 task was assigned by the Ministry of National Defense to Military Region 2 to take charge of the standing unit and Military Region 4 to take charge of the walking unit. Recently, the two units have organized training and practice for the units according to the plan, practicing each person, squad, platoon; combining units to practice the movement of changing steps and receiving orders, practicing line-up and face-attacking; refining movements for each individual. Every week, organize sports events to evaluate the results; deploy experience-sharing activities from squad to company after organizing the sports events. In addition to practice time, officers and teachers proactively organize additional training in supplementary movements such as cross-clamping crutches, wearing leg braces to increase leg strength, practicing face-attacking movements, etc.

To continue to maintain and promote the results of training and practice, Lieutenant General Bui Quoc Oai requested that the training officers and the forces participating in the parade always uphold the sense of responsibility, high sense of organization and discipline as well as enthusiasm and determination in training, clearly identifying the honor, pride and great political responsibility when representing the Vietnam Coast Guard to participate in serving in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

In addition, the Political Commissar of the Vietnam Coast Guard requested that the forces performing the A80 task continue to organize training, practice, and joint exercises according to the plans of all levels, with increasingly more accurate, standard, consistent, and beautiful movements. The forces participating in the parade and march must be mentally secure, clearly identify the assigned tasks, wholeheartedly devote themselves to the A80 task; closely unite, overcome difficulties of themselves, their families, and their units, maintain and strictly implement the regimes according to the timetable, training program, and official tasks. Comply with and strictly implement regulations to ensure safety during training, practice, and mobile tasks. Promote a sense of responsibility in organizing and training discipline in blocks and departments; maintain solidarity with units in the entire army and people in the training area.
