The forces participating in the parade, directly trained by Military Region 2, include 4 groups, including 2 walking groups (Party flag group, National flag group; Red flag group) and 2 standing groups (Coast Guard officer group; Air Defense - Air Force officer cadet group).

The remaining force of 50 female soldiers from Military Region 2 reinforced the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Military Region 1 and the Signal Corps to train in parades and marches.

Since the beginning of June, nearly 1,000 officers and soldiers from various units have gathered at the Political Officer School and National Military Training Center 4 for phase 2 training.

Leaders of Military Region 2 Command presented gifts to the Military Region's parade organizing committee and 4 parade blocks.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 1 million VND/female soldier and 50 million VND to the female Medical Officers (under the management of Military Region 1); presented gifts and 50 million VND to each parade and marching group trained by Military Region 2. The Political Department of Military Region 2 and Division 316 presented gifts to officers and soldiers in the groups.
