On July 8, Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) awarded the Jackpot prize in the Mega 6/45 lottery to Mr. BN with a prize value of more than 127 billion VND.
Through checking the lottery business data system and the attached personal profile, Vietlott determined that Mr. BN was the winner of the Mega 6/45 lottery Jackpot in the 1,373rd drawing held on the evening of June 29 with a prize value of VND 127,286,987,500 (more than VND 127 billion).
Because Mr. BN participated in the lottery in the form of many sets of numbers, in addition to the Jackpot prize, he also received an additional 194.1 million VND.
Therefore, the total value of Mr. BN's winnings is 127,481,087,500 VND (nearly 127.5 billion VND).

Mr. BN is a Viettel subscriber who bought a ticket on Vietlott's phone distribution channel (Vietlott SMS support application) and registered his place of participation as Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. BN is living in Ho Chi Minh City and working in the financial sector. He regularly plays Vietlott's lottery products.
The lucky number sequence on the lottery ticket that Mr. BN won is: 10 - 23 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28. The special thing about this sequence is that there are many numbers in the order 25 - 26 - 27 - 28.
Mr. BN shared: “The winning numbers came to him completely randomly. During an event, he was given a voucher, which contained a rather long series of numbers. He took the numbers in that series and combined them together to create a set of numbers to participate in the lottery and bought that set of numbers many times.”
He has a habit of actively following Vietlott's lottery drawing program, so as soon as the results were out, he compared the numbers and knew he had won more than 127 billion VND.
Because he works in the financial industry and deals with numbers every day, he felt quite calm when he saw the prize money. He said he had a plan to use the prize money wisely.
At the award ceremony, Mr. BN donated 500 million VND to build houses of gratitude/solidarity for households in difficult circumstances and people with revolutionary contributions.
According to regulations, Mr. BN is obliged to pay personal income tax at the place of registration to participate in the prize, which is Ho Chi Minh City, with a total value of more than 12.7 billion VND (10% of the value exceeding 10 million VND) and is deducted immediately upon receiving the prize.
