Vu Lan holiday is longer than Tet holiday
This year, as Vu Lan is adjacent to the National Day on September 2, the Vu Lan holiday at CT Group has been extended to 8 consecutive days; even longer than the annual Lunar New Year holiday here (usually lasting about 7 days).
The joyful atmosphere like Tet at the office, shining in the bright eyes of Ms. Thuy Linh on the last working day, before getting on the bus leaving the city to return to her hometown, Ms. Linh happily shared: “Working here for so many years, I have had that many times to have a long Vu Lan holiday. This year, I was more surprised when the holiday lasted 8 days. Normally in other places, only Tet is enough time to visit my parents, but here it is very special, I feel like I have another long Tet holiday”.
Among the eyes that are shining with anticipation for the return trip, there are still people who choose to stay during the holiday season to keep the work rhythm from slowing down. Among them is Ms. Tuong Vi, who said: “A few years ago, I often arranged to go home early to be with my family during Vu Lan. But this year, I want to stay because I have to work with the factory through the holiday to prepare for large orders in the UAV sector, the spirit is to share with the collective. Staying actually has many good things, not only having more income to show filial piety, but also being able to contribute more to the Group. In the past few days, my parents have been following the Group's news on the news, very proud of the neighbors because Vietnam can export drones, thanks to their children's participation."
It is known that Vu Lan holiday is an annual policy in a series of programs of 360-degree welfare policy for CT Group staff, always maintained as a good cultural feature. Especially this year, this group has continuously had unexpected turning points in innovation, science and technology activities and caused great resonance domestically and internationally.
Work-life balance - a lasting culture at CT Group
The stories of people at CT Group make people realize: Work and rest are not two opposite poles, but two parallel halves to make life more complete. Work can bring income, status, and fulfillment; but only when the heart is warmed by family and love, people will have enough energy and inspiration to work creatively and sustainably. Work-life balance is not just a slogan hanging on the office wall, but at CT Group it has become a lasting cultural feature, concretized by the Vu Lan holiday. It is a quiet moment for each person to temporarily put aside their worries, return to their family, and then return to work with a new source of energy and deeper attachment.
Modern industrial life is like parched fields, hot and cracked land under the scorching sun. How long has it been since we felt pure raindrops falling in our hearts, to feel our souls become pure again? And then, the Vu Lan season gently comes, like a gentle rain awakening life on dry land, so that the young shoots can grow green again. Like that rain, the Vu Lan holidays here become drops of healing for the soul, refreshing after busy months, reminding each person to stop to love, to return. And when returning to work, they carry within them a new spirit, and a heart full of love.

Living beautifully is the ideal, Love and Gratitude are the power to succeed
Mr. Tran Kim Chung - Chairman of CT Group said: “In the past time, all staff have worked day and night, working very hard to keep up with the progress of many projects and events. Although tired, everyone is proud, because we know that we are doing meaningful work, creating great values for ourselves, for the group and for the whole country. Therefore, this 8-day holiday is like an encouragement that we cherish more than anything. I believe that everyone will know how to take advantage of this precious time to rest, to return, to make up for their parents and family after days of hard work, devoting themselves to work, to the collective”.
From the heart of a leader, the head of CT Group expressed: “Living beautifully is the ideal of everyone in the Group. Gratitude is the core beauty of humanity, especially for parents. Then, from the peace and attachment to the family, they will return to work with more abundant energy, a deeper sense of responsibility, which will spread into the strength to contribute to the community, society, and the nation.”
It can be said that this special gift from CT Group to all employees is a living proof of a rare humane management philosophy in the enterprise. Not only does it bring attachment and happiness to employees, but it also inspires a business that knows how to balance sustainable business development and nurturing spiritual values. And who knows, it may also be a new measure of a progressive enterprise: not only creating growth, but also nurturing peace; not only teaching people how to work well, but also reminding them how to love well. Hopefully in the future there will be more units like CT Group, spreading meaningful policies, so that the spirit of filial piety will always shine in every Vietnamese child.
