The Company's 2024-2026 agreement not only fully covers the legal content but also has many outstanding provisions: Adjusting the regional minimum wage to increase by VND 187,390/person/month, an average increase of about 5%/year; increasing 10% of hazardous allowance; maternity support 5% higher than the law; shift meals VND 25,000; annual travel VND 1 million/person... Notably, Dai Dong is the unit that has included the salary scale in the Collective Labor Agreement , helping to make payments transparent and creating a basis for promotion.
Ms. Tran Ngoc Anh , Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, said: "We survey the needs of employees, analyze the capabilities of the enterprise, and then enter into negotiations. The draft is made public for employees to comment, and only after agreement is the contract signed. Including the salary scale in the agreement helps employees see transparency, and the enterprise stabilizes its human resources."

From the Dai Dong model, many textile and seafood processing enterprises have learned and replicated it, contributing to improving the quality of collective bargaining in the whole province.
In addition, Hoang Gia International Joint Stock Company is also a bright spot in the service - tourism business sector with a well-built collective labor agreement with many provisions exceeding the law. The agreement stands out in four groups of contents: Enhanced employee benefits with many cases of paid personal leave, female employees who are pregnant or raising young children do not have to work night shifts, do not work overtime; wide and humane benefits including weddings, childbirth, funerals, support for serious illnesses, military service allowance of 5 million VND, toxic allowances and flexible shift meals; transparent salary - overtime , higher pay than the law (150%, 200%, 300% and 130% for night shifts); high democracy , when employees are consulted before signing, the enterprise and the Union establish a 6-member reconciliation council, taking turns holding the position of Chairman - a new and rare feature in private enterprises.

Ms. Tran Thu Ha , Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union, emphasized: "When there is open dialogue and the Trade Union actively negotiates, the agreement will be effective, helping employees feel secure and committed."
From typical models such as Dai Dong and Hoang Gia, we can clearly see the initiative of the Trade Union in its representative and companion role. The Trade Union not only protects the rights of employees but also advises businesses on laws, welfare regimes and appropriate human resource policies. Negotiation is increasingly substantive, contributing to strengthening the trust of employees, improving productivity and creating a stable working environment - a key factor for the sustainable development of businesses.
With more than 260 agreements in effect , many of which are of good quality, Quang Ninh continues to be a leading locality in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. These achievements affirm that the Collective Labor Agreement is becoming an important driving force to help businesses and employees develop together, in line with the current integration trend and innovation requirements.
