Ba Ria Youth Union supports nearly 300 million VND for students in flood-affected areas

On December 6, the Ba Ria Ward Youth Union (HCMC) announced that it had completed the campaign "Pink Smile - Going to School with You", with a total support value of nearly 300 million VND for students in localities affected by storms and floods.

Youth union members are arranging goods and school supplies to send to flood-affected areas.

After 10 days of implementation (from November 26), the program has received nearly 7,000 school supplies, 9,847 white notebooks, 274 backpacks, 145 white shirts, 108 pairs of shoes and 285 million VND in cash. This is the result of contributions from local people, teachers, union members, team members and organizations.

Primary school students also participated in contributing support.

All of the above items and funds have been transferred to students in areas severely damaged by natural disasters, to help them soon stabilize their studies.
