According to the direction of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, communes and wards will organize gift giving to people on September 1-2; for some cases that have not received gifts during the above period, the communes will continue to give gifts at the headquarters of the People's Committee at the commune level where the people reside from September 3-15.
