Xuan Dinh Ward pays more than 4.9 billion VND in National Day gifts on September 2 to the people

HNP - Implementing the direction of the Government and Hanoi People's Committee on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, on September 1, Xuan Dinh ward organized the payment of gifts from the Party and State to people in the area.

Xuan Dinh Ward pays more than 4.9 billion VND in National Day gifts on September 2 to the people

To ensure the payment is carried out thoroughly, the People's Committee of Xuan Dinh Ward has established 41 working groups to carry out tasks at 41 payment points. When receiving Tet Independence gift money, people are required to present the citizen identification of the person receiving the money and the head of the household to compare personal information and the number of people in each household.

According to records, from early morning, people were present at 41 payment points, everyone was happy and excited to hold in their hands the gift that the Party and State gave to the people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Secretary of the Xuan Dinh Ward Party Committee Nguyen Tien Thanh said: By the end of the morning of September 1, most people had completed receiving gifts, only a few cases had not arrived due to objective difficulties. Notably, all households in difficult circumstances have been supported, ensuring that no one is left out. The ward is determined to complete the payment task before 5:00 p.m. on September 1 so that people can celebrate Independence Day with complete joy."

Previously, on August 31, 2025, the People's Committee of Xuan Dinh Ward also issued Notice No. 118/TB-UBND on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, widely announcing on the mass media about the time, location, subjects, and form of receiving money so that people in the ward know and implement.

From September 1, 2025, the ward will fully pay policies to all residents with permanent residence in the area. Each resident will receive 100,000 VND in cash, with a total payment of over 4.9 billion VND. The gift giving ensures "correct - sufficient - timely - public - transparent". All gift payments to the people are expected to be completed before September 2, 2025.
