The Military Flag Bloc led by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense, led the blocs representing the heroic Vietnam People's Army and the Militia and Self-Defense Force entering the Ceremony Stage.
On the flag of determination to fight and victory fluttering, the noble medals are sparkling, engraved with countless blood and bones, heroic feats, beautifying the glorious tradition as Uncle Ho praised: "Our army is loyal to the Party, filial to the people, ready to fight and sacrifice for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for socialism, completing every task, overcoming every difficulty, defeating every enemy"; worthy of being the heroic army of a heroic nation.
The Army, Navy, and Air Defense - Air Force are the core forces of the Vietnam People's Army, together with the entire people, they have achieved many resounding victories from the Dien Bien Phu campaign "famous in five continents, shaking the world" to the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign, in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Today, the three military branches are built to be revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern, ready to fight, firmly protecting the independence and territorial sovereignty of the Fatherland.
In the struggle for national liberation and reunification, the battle trumpets of the military band members added strength and urged our army and people to fight bravely and defeat all invaders.
Today, those proud, majestic sounds continue to resound in the country's important events, encouraging the entire Party, people and army to join hands and unite to build an increasingly prosperous and happy country.
As the core force in command, staff and direct combat, through the resistance wars, generations of Army officers have been present on all battlefields, demonstrating steadfastness, resilience, and strategy, and achieving many outstanding feats.
Today's Army officers continue to be trained, improve their qualifications in all aspects, ready to fight, sacrifice, and firmly protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland and the happiness of the People.
Over 70 years of building, fighting and growing, the Vietnam People's Navy has achieved many outstanding feats; contributed to the great victory of the nation; and forged the tradition of "fighting bravely, being creative and resourceful, mastering the sea, determined to fight and win".
Today, the Navy is built "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern; promoting well the core role in firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
During the resistance war, with the will of "dare to fight, know how to fight, and win", the Air Defense - Air Force troops shot down thousands of enemy planes, creating the legendary victory of "Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu in the air", demonstrating the heroic spirit and intellectual height of Vietnam.
Promoting the heroic tradition, the Air Defense - Air Force today is constantly growing, mastering science and technology, modern weapons and equipment and combat methods, firmly protecting the Fatherland in all situations.
With the motto "The post is home, the border is homeland, the people of all ethnic groups are blood brothers", the outstanding children in the sacred border of the Fatherland are always loyal to the Party, devoted to the people, firmly protect the territorial sovereignty and national border security; advise on building political bases, help people develop socio-economy, carry out well the work of national defense diplomacy and people's diplomacy, and shine the noble qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people.
With the tradition of "Resolutely brave, overcoming difficulties, solidarity and coordination, strictly upholding the law", the Vietnam Coast Guard has made its mark with many outstanding achievements, continuing to affirm the bravery and intelligence of the loyal marine soldiers, day and night guarding the sacred sea of the Fatherland.
Over the past 80 years of glorious revolution, the forces have overcome countless difficulties and challenges, proactively researched, manufactured, and promptly ensured logistical resources, weapons, and technical equipment for combat and victory.
Today, the Logistics, Engineering and Defense Industry sectors are constantly innovating, applying science and technology, digital transformation, improving work quality, and excellently completing tasks.
Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teaching "A good doctor must also be a good mother", female military medical officers have worked selflessly, braved bombs and bullets, rescued soldiers and people, overcome natural disasters, prevented epidemics, and achieved many outstanding achievements.
With the desire to contribute, female military medical officers today constantly cultivate and study to improve their qualifications in all aspects, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the People.
Students of military academies and schools are trained to become elite commanding officers, the core force to build the Army.
With the motto "Learning goes hand in hand with practice, training is linked to battlefield reality"; "The quality of the school's training is the combat readiness of the unit", the students are trying their best to study and train according to the training goals and requirements; graduating from the school to meet the requirements of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army.
Born and matured through resistance wars, the Electronic Warfare force has made an important contribution to the great victories of the nation.
In the new era, the Electronic Warfare force is built to be refined, compact, strong, modern, highly combat-ready, protecting the important targets of the Party, State and Army; worthy of being silent warriors maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for national development.
The Airborne Special Forces are an elite special force of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; they have achieved many outstanding feats in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Continuing the glorious tradition of Defense Intelligence, Special Forces soldiers today are diligently training, ready to fight, and excellently completing all missions; worthy of being an important, especially trustworthy, and absolutely loyal force of the Party, State, and People.
Built in a refined, compact, strong and modern direction, the Cyberspace Operations Force has continuously developed, excellently completing assigned tasks; acting as the core, together with the entire army, firmly protecting national sovereignty in cyberspace.
Faced with new mission requirements, the Cyberspace Operations Force is a pioneer in breaking through in science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, contributing to the nation entering a new era of development.
During the journey of more than 10 years of construction and development, more than a thousand blue beret soldiers of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Force have set out to carry out the noble mission assigned by the Party, State, Army and People.
Always promote the spirit of independence, self-reliance, friendship and cooperation, showing that Vietnam is a friend, a reliable partner and a responsible member of the international community; spreading the noble qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends.
After nearly 66 years of construction, fighting and development, generations of officers and soldiers of the Armored Corps have built the tradition of "Once in battle, we must win", achieving many glorious feats.
Entering a new phase, the Armored Corps continues to be trained, practiced, and mastered modern weapons, ready to quickly maneuver and resolutely defend the Fatherland in all situations.
Next is the Artillery - Missile Block . As the main ground firepower of our Army, born from the early days of hardship, barefoot and bare shoulders, the Artillery was honored to fire the first shot to open the national resistance war and the Dien Bien Phu campaign, and at the same time fired the last firepower at the General Staff of the puppet government on April 30, 1975, achieving many outstanding feats, building the tradition of "Brass feet, iron shoulders, fighting well, shooting accurately".
Today, the Artillery - Missile Corps is determined to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Promoting the tradition of "Extremely elite, extremely brave, bold and resourceful, fighting dangerously and winning big"; the "bareheaded and barefoot" soldiers, appearing and disappearing, sneaking deep into dangerous battles, scaring the enemy, the Special Forces have achieved many resounding feats, contributing significantly to the great victories of the nation.
With extraordinary bravery and courageous spirit, Special Forces are forever the pride of the heroic Vietnam People's Army.
The female Special Forces group represents the brave, courageous, and resilient children, the steel flowers who sacrificed their youth, secretly building and developing forces right in the enemy's heart.
With intelligence, creativity and secret, unexpected, and daring attacks on enemy headquarters, the enemy was terrified.
We are proud of the heroic female Rangers who contributed to the great victory of the nation.
During the war, the Engineer force day and night cut mountains, leveled hills, built bridges, joined ferries, achieved many outstanding feats, and was awarded the "Opening the way to victory" Flag by Uncle Ho, which has become a tradition for nearly 80 years.
Currently, the Corps is advancing towards modernization, performing well in its training tasks, combat readiness, building national defense works, preventing natural disasters, search and rescue, clearing and overcoming the consequences of post-war bombs and mines, participating in United Nations peacekeeping, and is loved and admired by the people and international friends.
Over the past 80 years, the Information Corps has always been united, intelligent, brave, overcoming all difficulties, maintaining the "Communication Bloodline", and achieving many outstanding achievements.
Over the past 67 years, the Chemical Defense Force has always been a pioneer in preventing and combating weapons of mass destruction, toxic chemicals, biological, radioactive, and nuclear weapons; overcoming the consequences of war, protecting the environment and public health.
With the motto "Proactive - Timely - Safe - Effective" and the tradition of "Good prevention - Good fighting", the Chemical Defense soldiers are always resilient, quietly contributing to protecting the peace of the Fatherland.
The mass armed forces are not separated from production. During the resistance war, with the spirit of "one hand holding a gun, one hand plowing a field", they fought bravely, steadfastly held their ground, contributed to resounding victories, and protected every inch of their homeland.
Today, the force is built firmly and widely, ready to fight, and is on the front lines on all fronts, worthy of Uncle Ho's praise: "The militia and guerrillas are an invincible force, the iron wall of the Fatherland."
Promoting the tradition of solidarity and unity of 54 ethnic groups; in the struggles for national liberation, female militiamen of all ethnic groups in Vietnam have always been loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People; fought steadfastly, intelligently and bravely, and achieved many outstanding feats.
Nowadays, female militiamen of all ethnic groups in Vietnam are striving to develop the economy, culture and society, contributing to building a rich, civilized and happy homeland.
Warmly welcome the "Brave Miss Ba, one gun in one hand and one plow in the other", filled with the will that "when the enemy comes, even women will fight"!
Wearing a checkered scarf and a conical hat, always sticking to the hamlet and village, fighting the enemy anytime, anywhere, playing an important role in the three-pronged attack: military, political and enemy propaganda; contributing to the Great Victory of Spring 1975, fulfilling the wish of beloved Uncle Ho for the North and the South to reunite as one!
