Head of Sonadezi's Supervisory Board arrested.

The Dong Nai City Police have issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Ms. Dang Le Bich Phuong, Head of the Supervisory Board of Sonadezi Corporation.

Sonadezi Industrial Park Development Corporation (UpCOM: SNZ) has just issued a notice stating that the Investigation Police Department of Dong Nai City has initiated legal proceedings and temporarily detained Ms. Dang Le Bich Phuong, Head of the company's Supervisory Board. Ms. Phuong is being investigated for violating regulations on the management and use of state assets, causing losses and waste.

Sonadezi also assigned Mr. Tran Ngoc Tong, a member of the Corporation's Supervisory Board, to temporarily oversee the Supervisory Board's operations until further notice from the competent authority.

Sonadezi is an industrial park real estate company, currently owned by the People's Committee of Dong Nai City, which holds over 99.5% of its charter capital.

Regarding business performance, Sonadezi plans for consolidated revenue in 2026 to reach VND 6,021 billion , a 16% decrease compared to 2025. Expected after-tax profit is VND 1,336 billion , also a 37% decrease. Expected tax contributions to the State budget are VND 651 billion , a decrease of approximately 24%.

In the first quarter, Sonadezi recorded revenue of VND 1,295 billion , a decrease of 19% compared to the same period last year. After deducting expenses, the company's after-tax profit reached VND 336 billion , a decrease of 32%. As of March 31st, Sonadezi's total assets reached nearly VND 23,000 billion .
