The first university to implement "talent incubation" from high school level

On May 7, the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the University of Economics (VNU-Hanoi) and the High School of Educational Sciences (HES) took place in Hoa Lac, Hanoi.

This is an activity within the program "VNU 12+ Talent Incubation". Accordingly, the program is a special model in theeducational ecosystem of VNU, Hanoi, to create conditions for 12th grade students at high schools in VNU, Hanoi to directly participate in courses at member universities.

This is also the first university in Vietnam to implement a talent incubation policy from high school level.

It is known that the program is built with the goal of discovering, attracting, training and early career guidance for high school students with potential, capacity and talent at Hanoi National University through career selection, counseling and creating conditions for students to register early, study in advance some courses in university training programs suitable for the career guidance for students.

During early learning, students can participate in scientific research, practice, and internships with their instructors or their instructors' research groups.

Speaking at the ceremony, Principal of the High School of Educational Sciences Pham Duc Hiep assessed that this cooperation not only expands opportunities for students to access university knowledge but also helps them form research and academic thinking early, preparing them firmly for their studies and international integration.

Mr. Le Trung Thanh, Principal of the University of Economics, said that cooperation in nurturing talent is an investment in elite human resources in the future.
