According to the forecast of the Central Central Hydrometeorological Station, from September 19-20, in Da Nang City, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places, with the risk of flash floods, landslides and localized flooding, which will have a very negative impact on the environment, threatening people's lives; causing traffic congestion in many places, affecting the movement of vehicles; destroying civil and economic works, causing damage to production activities, socio-economic activities; high risk of impact on residential areas and infrastructure in areas with steep slopes and narrow rivers and streams.
