Son Tra High School received the Emulation Flag from the Prime Minister

ĐNO - On November 19, Son Tra High School solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025) in conjunction with praising and rewarding the emulation movement of the 2024-2025 school year. This is an opportunity to express gratitude for the contributions of the teaching staff, and at the same time recognize the efforts and outstanding results of the school in the past school year.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Son Tra High School achieved many achievements in all aspects of activities. The school is one of two excellent groups awarded the Government 's Emulation Flag.

The school was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the City People's Committee and recognized as an Excellent Labor Collective; The school's Party Cell was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Son Tra District Party Committee for excellently completing its exemplary tasks and being a typical example in the skillful mass mobilization movement.

The Trade Union and the School Youth Union have both completed their tasks excellently and have been recognized many times by the Central Youth Union, City Youth Union and all levels.

In the personal field, the emulation movement recorded many encouraging results: 48 individuals achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level; 8 teachers were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Director of the Department of Education and Training; 8 teachers achieved the title of Excellent Homeroom Teacher at the city level - among the top group of high schools in the area. In addition, many individuals were proposed for commendation at the city and central levels.

For students, the quality of both the general and the key has made a breakthrough. In the city-level Science and Technology Competition, all four participating projects won prizes. The 12th grade excellent student competition recorded 50/79 candidates winning prizes in all 10 subjects, including five first prizes.

The sports sector continued to maintain its form with First, Second, and Third prizes in many subjects, bringing the school into the top 10 of the city. The National Defense - Security Sports Festival achieved Second Prize for the whole group with 11 First prizes for individuals. The high school graduation rate reached 98.34%; the rate of students passing university and college entrance exams reached 95.39%.

To celebrate November 20, the school organized many meaningful activities such as teacher conferences, Good Study Week, wall newspaper design contest, flower arrangement contest "Gratitude to the ferryman", student basketball tournament, sports exchange between teachers and parents and participation in sports exchange activities with other schools, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the school...
