According to the People's Committee of An Hai Ward, on September 9, 2025, October 3, 2025 and October 15, 2025, the ward organized a meeting and notified Mr. LVH - the investor of the temporary parking lot under Tran Thi Ly Bridge to urgently dismantle and move auxiliary items of the additional invested parking lot, relocate vehicles and hand over the land under Tran Thi Ly Bridge to the Department of Construction for management according to regulations.
However, up to now, Mr. H. has not yet dismantled and relocated the vehicle to hand over the site.
An Hai Ward People's Committee announced and requested Mr. H. to stop operating and keeping vehicles at the temporary parking lot under Tran Thi Ly bridge from November 22, 2025.
Mr. H. urgently notified vehicle owners who were parking their vehicles to move them to another location; dismantle and relocate all auxiliary items and personal property out of the area under the bridge, and hand over the clean site to the authorities for management.
Mr. H. is fully responsible before the law for any fire, construction safety incidents or other problems arising due to delays in dismantling, moving and handing over the site (if any).
Regarding the contract for the sale of auctioned assets between Mr. H. and the Cultural, Information and Sports Center of Son Tra District (old), the People's Committee of An Hai Ward requested that he continue to contact and work with competent authorities to be resolved in accordance with current law.
