The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Construction to take the lead and urgently coordinate with the City Police, the Department of Finance, the Department of Culture and Sports , the People's Committee of Dong Anh Commune, the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company, and other relevant agencies and units to implement a plan to strengthen bus routes connecting the city center and the East, West, and South directions of the city to the Vietnam Exhibition Center during the 2025 Autumn Fair, ensuring smooth, safe, and convenient traffic to meet the travel needs of residents and tourists. They should proactively adjust the frequency, vehicles, and routes to suit the actual situation.
In addition, the Department of Construction and other relevant departments and units will strengthen information dissemination and public awareness campaigns, widely publicizing the bus routes and schedules so that people are aware of and can use them; arrange parking spaces and organize internal traffic; install signs and directions to guide vehicles, passengers, and people to move safely and conveniently within the Vietnam Exhibition Center and from the parking lots to the exhibition area of the 2025 Autumn Fair, ensuring traffic congestion avoidance, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention and control.
Furthermore, the Hanoi City People's Committee also assigned the City Police to take the lead and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Dong Anh Commune People's Committee, and other units to implement a plan to ensure traffic safety, security, order, and fire prevention and control at the Vietnam Exhibition Center and connecting roads. They are to handle and prevent traffic congestion, incidents, and safety hazards during the organization and conduct of the fair; and assigned the Department of Finance, based on regulations, functions, and assigned tasks, to coordinate and guide the Department of Construction, the City Traffic Management and Operation Center, and other relevant units in using funds economically, efficiently, and in accordance with regulations.
