Instructions for people to move smoothly when participating in the 2025 Fall Fair

On October 24, to minimize the risk of congestion at the gate of the Vietnam Exhibition Center and best serve the travel needs of people participating in the 2025 Autumn Fair, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced a map guiding vehicles from Truong Sa Street through the internal routes of the Vietnam Exhibition Center to reduce traffic and directly access the parking lots inside the exhibition center.

Specifically, for the direction of vehicles from Dong Tru bridge, vehicles traveling on Truong Sa street → traffic light intersection with internal road A2.11 → turn left to travel along the internal road → turn right onto D2.1 street → approach parking lot P1 or continue to turn right onto route D2.2 → parking lot P5, P6. For vehicles from Nhat Tan bridge, vehicles traveling on Truong Sa street → traffic light intersection with internal road A2.11 → turn right to travel along the internal road → turn right onto D2.1 street → approach parking lot P1 or continue to turn right onto route D2.2 → parking lot P5, P6.

Go straight through the traffic light intersection with internal road A2.11 → turn right onto D2.1, D2.2 to access parking lot P1 or continue straight to the Exhibition Center gate along the internal roads to parking lots P5, P6. When vehicles exit towards Nhat Tan Bridge, vehicles from parking lots P1, P5, P6 travel along the internal road → route D2.11 → traffic light intersection between D2.11 and Truong Sa Street to turn left to Nhat Tan Bridge. In the direction of Dong Tru Bridge, vehicles from parking lots P1, P5, P6 travel along internal roads D2.1, D2.2, the main road through the Exhibition Center gate → Truong Sa Street to go to Dong Tru Bridge.

Previously, on October 23, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 5710/UBND-DT on increasing bus routes to serve people and tourists visiting the 2025 Autumn Fair at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh Commune. According to the content of the Official Dispatch, the City People's Committee agreed in principle with the proposal of the Department of Construction on the plan to increase bus routes to serve people and tourists attending the 2025 Autumn Fair at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh Commune.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and urgently coordinate with the City Police, Department of Finance, Department of Culture and Sports , Dong Anh Commune People's Committee, Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company and relevant agencies and units to organize and implement a plan to increase bus routes connecting from the center and the East, West and South of the City to the Vietnam Exhibition Center during the Autumn Fair in 2025, ensuring smooth, safe and convenient traffic, meeting the travel needs of people and visitors. Proactively adjust the frequency, means and routes to suit the reality.

Along with that, the Department of Construction and related departments, branches and units will step up information, propaganda and widely announce the routes and schedules of buses for people to know and use; arrange parking locations, parking lots and organize internal traffic; install signs, guide vehicles, passengers and people to move safely and conveniently within the premises of the Vietnam Exhibition Center and from parking lots to the exhibition area of ​​the Autumn Fair 2025, ensuring to avoid traffic jams, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting.

In addition, the Hanoi People's Committee also assigned the City Police to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the People's Committee of Dong Anh commune and other units to deploy plans to ensure traffic order and safety, security, order, fire prevention and fighting at the Vietnam Exhibition Center and connecting routes. Handle and prevent congestion, incidents and insecurity during the organization and implementation of the fair; assign the Department of Finance to coordinate and guide the Department of Construction, the City Traffic Management and Operation Center and related units to use funds economically, effectively and in accordance with regulations.
