At the rehearsal, Director of the Department of Performing Arts, People's Artist Nguyen Xuan Bac directly directed and requested the units to carefully review every detail in the script, performance as well as the staging, sound, lighting... to ensure the program takes place completely, neatly and leaves a deep impression, closing the series of vibrant and colorful activities of the Fair.

Taking place in the context of complicated flood situation in the Central region, this year's Closing Ceremony will be shortened in scale, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and community responsibility, in line with the message "leaving no one behind".

According to the Organizing Committee, the closing program includes: opening performances; speeches by leaders; honoring organizations, businesses, and individuals with outstanding contributions... In particular, the program will have a part calling for donations to support people in flood-affected areas, spreading the spirit of solidarity and humanity of the Vietnamese people.

The closing ceremony was shortened in scale but still ensured solemnity.

Although the program was organized on a reduced scale, it was still elaborately staged, aiming for solemnity and meaning, demonstrating the spirit of sharing, solidarity as well as the efforts of the Organizing Committee in bringing a complete closing night, leaving a beautiful impression in the hearts of the audience and participating businesses.

The first Autumn Fair – 2025 has attracted widespread attention from the media and the public. Promotional activities and trade connections at the Fair have contributed to creating a positive ripple effect in society, honoring Vietnamese goods, and at the same time enhancing the image, position and prestige of Vietnam in the international arena.

The fair attracts an average of 100,000 visitors per day, the highest among domestic trade promotion events.

Notably, more than 100 cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) were signed at the Fair between Vietnamese enterprises and partners in many fields such as investment, trade, technology transfer, supply chain development and export cooperation.

The total value of transactions, contracts and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) reached nearly VND5,000 billion, of which the local area alone reached nearly VND500 billion.

These results not only affirm the attraction and stature of the first Autumn Fair - 2025, but also show Vietnam's increasingly solid position on the global trade map.

The closing ceremony of the first Autumn Fair – 2025 will take place at 8:00 p.m. tonight, November 3. The fair will continue to operate until the end of the evening of tomorrow, November 4.
