On November 4, Comrade Pham Thi Minh Xuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council visited and encouraged families and provided support to 50 households affected by storm No. 10 in Vinh Tuy commune. Also participating were leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society; Party Committee, and People's Committee of the commune.

Visiting and presenting gifts to affected households in Vinh Tuy commune, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Pham Thi Minh Xuan shared the common difficulties of each household. At the same time, she emphasized: Promoting the tradition of the Vietnam National United Front, strengthening the great national unity bloc, welcoming the Congress of the Fatherland Front at all levels, term 2026-2031, towards the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Red Cross Society has allocated 50 million VND to support 50 households in Vinh Tuy commune, each household 1 million VND in cash. With the hope that households affected by natural disasters will overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. These are also practical activities to promote the tradition of solidarity "Mutual love and support" of our nation, creating resources to work with local authorities to effectively implement social security policies.

Comrade Pham Thi Minh Xuan visited and gave gifts to Mrs. Le Thi Tham's family in Binh Long village, Vinh Tuy commune, affected by storm No. 10.
