The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee unanimously assessed that in October 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee was united, unified, and resolute in leading, directing, and chairing meetings and conferences, issued over 265 documents, assigned tasks to Party agencies and organizations to lead and direct the timely implementation of Central documents and carry out the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee, focusing on the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the implementation of a number of key contents and tasks in the activities of grassroots Party organizations; on the policy of evaluating leaders and managers in the political system; the situation and results of the operations of the political system apparatus and local governments at two levels. Focused on directing the removal of difficulties and obstacles for key projects, non-budget investment projects; public investment; visiting and giving gifts to households affected by storms; Field survey at landslide risk points, planning areas...

Discussing at the meeting, the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee basically agreed with the report on leadership, direction and results of the implementation of tasks in October; directions and tasks for November 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; at the same time, they gave opinions to remove difficulties and obstacles for other contents, such as: The operation of 2-level local government in some places is still limited. The work of reviewing and arranging cadres, civil servants and public employees in specialized positions in some Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units is still behind schedule; the work of handling complaints, petitions and denunciations; the work of disbursing public investment capital; the launching of emulation movements, especially in remote, isolated and border communes... still has some limitations.

Review the implementation of instructions and conclusions of superiors; any work that has not been completed will be supplemented and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments within its authority.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested the Provincial Party Standing Committee to focus on leading and directing the review, updating and adjustment of the contents of the plans and action programs issued by Party committees and Party organizations at all levels, ensuring the concretization and implementation of the goals, breakthroughs, key tasks and solutions to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress in accordance with the practical situation of the locality. Continue to consolidate, improve and organize the apparatus, improve the operational efficiency of local governments at 2 levels. Lead and direct the implementation of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031; the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030. At the same time, focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of tasks and solutions to promote socio-economic development in 2025, ensuring the completion of the growth target of 8% or more. Closely monitor the progress of state budget collection, disbursement of public investment capital and national target programs, focus on removing difficulties and obstacles, speed up the construction progress of key works and projects to ensure the highest disbursement of public investment capital.
