Organizing the "Record Setting" Contest on Ca Mau crabs

Within the framework of the Ca Mau Crab Festival - 2nd time in 2025 with the theme "Ca Mau Crab: Forest scent - Sea taste", the Organizing Committee will hold a "Record setting" contest on Ca Mau crab - to search for and introduce "The largest Ca Mau crab in Vietnam", thereby promoting Ca Mau crab to tourists inside and outside the province.

Crabs participating in the "Record Setting" Contest for Ca Mau crabs must have a minimum weight of 1,452 kg or more.

According to the issued rules, the contest launching time is from October 17 to November 16, 2025; the contest receiving time is from October 20 to 3:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025 (during office hours).

Crabs participating in the competition must weigh at least 1,452 kg, be alive, have all parts intact, be free of dirt and originate from Ca Mau province.

Participating organizations and individuals are responsible for the origin of their entries; in case of fraud, the Organizing Committee will disqualify them from the contest, revoke the results and prizes, and publicize the information in the media.

The "Record Setting" contest is a special highlight in the series of activities of the Ca Mau Crab Festival - 2nd time in 2025, contributing to honoring the cultural and economic values ​​of crab farming, affirming the "Ca Mau Crab" brand as a typical product of national significance.
