Cheer Fest: A sleepless party – where beer, fire and music “catch the vibe” together
Organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade , in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee, Vingroup Corporation, etc., the first Autumn Fair is not just a simple shopping destination but a super festival of experiences - a place where technology, culture, cuisine and art meet.

In that “multi-colored symphony”, Cheer Fest Beer and Grill Festival is the “climax” - where smoke, fire, music and beer create a “culinary feast”, making the public, especially the young, “crazy” about the unique and interesting experiences.
From October 25 to November 4, more than 30 booths bring a global taste journey, making the South yard like a "city that never sleeps" in the heart of Hanoi , with bright lights and bustling music in a truly international beer and barbecue festival space.

More than 100 types of beer from selected craft beers to famous long-standing brands from Vietnam, Germany, Belgium... make anyone passing by want to stop. Each glass of beer carries a story about culture, land and people.
Accompanying that is a borderless BBQ feast with the alluring aroma of many famous grilled dishes from all over the world: whole roasted veal, fragrant herb-grilled lamb leg, fragrant garlic-grilled Nha Trang lobster, or sweet, fatty cheese-grilled Japanese oysters that melt right in your mouth...

Not only that, a whole "street food universe" from Thailand, China, Europe, and America also participates, with pad Thai, Longjing tea roasted pigeon, or Spaghetti Bolognese... All create a "symphony" of smoke, fire, and flavor, awakening all senses.

What makes Cheer Fest stand out is the rare gathering of the world's "dream team" of super chefs such as Chef Benoit Leloup (France), Chef Don David (USA) - Vice President of the World BBQ Association, and Vietnamese culinary stars Chef Pham Tuan Hai and Chef Tran Thi Hien Minh. Young people are constantly amazed by the "performances" of top-notch culinary art that are extremely satisfying to the eyes, creating a feast of taste with dishes that are both strange and familiar - true Asian - European fusion.
As the sun sets, Cheer Fest switches to “festival mode”: DJs blast House & EDM, mixed with fiery Flamenco performances, chill acoustics and eye-catching circus and magic performances.

The atmosphere is even more heated with a series of “crazy fun” minigames such as: beer drinking speed contest (October 29), blindfolded sausage eating (October 27 and November 3), petrification dance, Halloween costume party (October 31), balloon popping, word catching… Anyone can become the “main character” of the night. All blend into a night of endless fun, truly “Cheer Fest”.
“I thought I was just going to eat and drink, but unexpectedly I felt like I was lost in a European festival in the heart of Hanoi. The music, the smoke from the grill, the lights - everything made me want to stay until late at night,” Hoang Anh (Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi) shared.
“Cheer Fest is the perfect way to ‘touch’ autumn with all your senses. Listening to DJ mixes, eating BBQ, and taking photos of international super chefs - it feels like traveling without leaving Hanoi,” Tuan Kiet (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi) said with a laugh.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Cheer Fest is a place where "eating is fun and chilling is cool", turning Hanoi in the fall into a true "party city".
"Eat up" all of Vietnam in just one day
If Cheer Fest is an “international feast”, then the One Round Vietnam area is a journey back to the roots, leading diners to visit the culinary map of 34 provinces and cities with beloved traditional values, where each dish is a slice of culture, each booth is a story of the homeland.
The “taste journey” starts from Nghe An with the famous eel soup, stops in the Northwest to taste Tuyen Quang thang co or Cao Bang black canarium sticky rice, then goes down to the Central Highlands to enjoy Kon Tum leaf salad, Da Lat artichoke pho, Phan Thiet hotpot, before stopping in the West to “party” with rustic dishes such as banh cong, bun mam, grilled snakehead fish…

The sound of frying pans sizzling, the smell of fried onions, broth, banana leaves wafting in the wind... along with the extremely vintage decorated stalls with straw roofs, winnowing trays, earthenware jars... make everyone feel like they are lost in an old country market, both nostalgic and interesting.
Not only that, visitors can also witness artisans preparing regional specialties, from green rice cakes, pho rolls, nem chua to fish sauces, tea and coffee... The artisans both perform live and tell stories about the dishes with all their pride, giving visitors the feeling of enjoying, discovering and learning.
Notably, on October 31, the event to set a Vietnamese Record for the largest sticky rice flower painting in the country was chaired by Artist Tran Thi Hien Minh. This “super-giant” work promises to become the hottest “check-in coordinate” this fall, demonstrating meticulousness, creativity and love for traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
“It is touching that in the midst of such a vibrant festival, there is still a corner to honor traditional values. Seeing the artisans working meticulously makes me love Vietnam even more,” Phuong Thao (a tourist from Da Nang) expressed.

Each stall is a piece with its own flavor - from the fatty taste of Can Tho's banh cong, super-large banh vat, to crispy golden shrimp banh khot or fragrant coconut biscuits... Steamed folk dishes such as banh bo, banh chuoi, banh la gai... are also sold at super cute prices, making it easy for tourists to "eat around" and still have enough money, while enjoying and taking virtual photos.
From the explosive Cheer Fest party to the journey of One Round Vietnam with the Warm Taste of Homeland, the 2025 Autumn Fair is truly "dominating" all check-in fronts. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the coordinate that makes Hanoi the most vibrant and lovely this season - anyone who has not been there is "behind" half the autumn!
