On October 26, the first day the Autumn Fair opened to visitors after its opening on the evening of October 25, a large number of visitors and shoppers flocked to the Vietnam Exhibition Center with a bustling shopping atmosphere.

Attract customers with discounts up to 70%

The stalls with discounts from 30-70% received the most attention from customers, when many high-end fashion brands offered deep discounts. In particular, the stalls selling shoe products of many famous brands such as Adidas, Li-ning... were chosen by many customers because of the deep discounts of up to 70%.

A representative managing this booth said that due to the number of shoppers exceeding expectations, even though they had prepared a team of sales staff, they still could not meet the demand of many shoppers.

Therefore, many customers, even though they have chosen the product model, have to give up because there is no staff to help them choose the right size.

"We didn't expect the demand to be so high. Even though we had chosen the product we liked, we couldn't buy it because there was no staff to find the right shoe size. The store was in chaos when the number of customers coming to buy was too high" - Ms. Ha (Thanh Xuan - Hanoi ) shared.

At food stalls, such as the Hanoi food specialty area, there were also long lines waiting to buy things. The stall selling Uoc Le ham and Thanh Tri rice rolls was almost full of people as noon approached, visitors wanted to buy food on the spot to... hang out all day.

Here, the stalls selling ham, sausage, green rice cakes... are introduced as hot and fresh. Ms. Mai Ngoc (Long Bien) said she is very fond of Hanoi's delicious dishes.

Entering the typical Hanoi space with 36 streets, with stalls imbued with the traditional culture of the capital, Ms. Ngoc said that there is nothing more wonderful than enjoying the specialties of Hanoi streets.

Ms. Mai Hoa (Phu Tho) shared that during the September 2nd holiday, her family could not arrange time, so when there was information about the Autumn Fair being held - a large-scale fair held at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, her family took her children to Hanoi to visit the exhibition and shop at the fair.

"I was overwhelmed the first time I came to such a large and magnificent fair. In the large space, not only were there a variety of goods and product designs from many domestic brands, serving diverse shopping needs, but there were also fun activities and unique cultural experiences with many new experiences" - Ms. Hoa expressed.

Unique regional specialties attract customers

At the booths of 34 provinces and cities, many regional specialties were displayed, also attracting visitors.

Bringing a national 5-star OCOP fish sauce product, a traditional seafood specialty, Mr. Le Ngoc Anh, director of Le Gia Food and Trade Services Company Limited (Thanh Hoa), said that this is an opportunity to promote the product, share stories about the profession, and connect with domestic and foreign tourists.

At Lam Dong province's booth, all of the Da Lat mushroom products in stock were sold out, forcing the booth owner to call for more supplies to promptly supply the growing number of customers coming to the fair.

Mr. Duc Tuan - a chef in Hanoi - shared that he came to the fair not only to visit, but also to find the best quality, all-natural food source to serve the needs of his family's vegetarian restaurant.

Therefore, when discussing with the owner of the Dalat mushroom brand, with quality products from nature, he decided to sign a contract to serve long-term needs.

With the theme and message "Connecting people with production and business", the first Autumn Fair in 2025 will be the largest ever, considered a "super fair" with 5 themed zones and about 3,000 booths.

This economic and cultural event is not only national in scale, but also international in scope, honoring typical products and brands bearing Vietnamese identity and intelligence.

The fair is a national-scale economic and cultural event, assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to chair, coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee, Vingroup Corporation and other ministries, branches and localities to organize, contributing to stimulating domestic consumption, spreading the spirit of "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", promoting trade, investment and international integration.
