In the first days of the fair, Gia Lai province's food stalls always attracted a large number of visitors to visit and experience.
From bamboo rice, grilled chicken, rustic dishes imbued with the cultural identity of the Jrai and Bahnar people, carrying the flavor of the great mountains and forests to coastal specialties such as Quy Nhon fish noodle soup, Tay Son rice rolls, spring rolls, tre, Huyen market sausage, Bau Da wine... all blend together to create a colorful culinary picture, imbued with a unique culture, making tourists both enjoy and passionately explore .
Not only bringing the typical flavors of each region, Gia Lai culinary booth also impressed with the presentation space imbued with the Central Highlands, with baskets, bamboo tubes, jars of wine and the vibrant colors of traditional costumes.
In the billowing smoke from the charcoal stove, the cheerful laughter mixed with the aroma of the food made the atmosphere warm and cozy.

Visitors not only enjoy delicious food but also listen to stories about the culture and people of the mountain town and the coastal area of "Xu Nau", where each dish is a slice of life, containing the love, ingenuity and hospitality of the people.
It is the harmony between the flavors of the great forest and the ocean that gives Gia Lai culinary stalls a unique and unforgettable feature in the subconscious of tourists.
Ms. Ho Thi Thu Hien - Vice President of Gia Lai Culinary Culture Association, shared:
“Cuisine is the closest and most authentic cultural connection. We not only bring typical dishes of the Central Highlands or the uniqueness of coastal dishes, but also focus on the processing and presentation to both preserve the traditional flavor and harmonize with the modern fair space, helping visitors fully experience the quintessence of Gia Lai cuisine, rustic, sincere but full of charm”.

In the bustling and exciting festival atmosphere, at Gia Lai's unique culinary stalls, the aromas from the attractive dishes make visitors' footsteps slow down.
Everyone wants to stop to enjoy and feel the typical flavors of each region, from rustic dishes bearing the imprint of the mountains and forests to fresh seafood specialties. The delicate blend of flavors and colors captivates diners.
Ms. Nguyen Thu Hue (Hanoi) shared: “I have heard a lot about the famous bamboo rice and grilled chicken dishes of the Central Highlands, but this is the first time I have enjoyed them right in Hanoi. The smell of bamboo mixed in each grain of sticky rice is both sticky and fragrant, the chicken is very flavorful, grilled over a moderate heat, which really impressed me. It is very delicious and suits my taste.”
Having just finished enjoying Quy Nhon fish noodle soup, Mr. Do Nam Tien (Hai Phong) said: “I have eaten many types of fish noodle soup in different places, but the flavor of Quy Nhon fish noodle soup is truly unique, the broth is sweet and clear, the fish cakes are chewy and fragrant, the noodles are soft. This dish is worth enjoying when coming to this fair.”

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chung - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province said: "Participating in the Autumn Delicacies Food Festival is an important opportunity for Gia Lai to promote the province's tourism potential, culture and unique cuisine to people across the country.
Gia Lai is a land of convergence between the great plateau and the blue sea and white sand, where the cultures of 44 ethnic groups intersect, creating a rich and unique identity.
When assigned to be in charge of the tourism and culinary promotion booth at the 2025 Autumn Fair with the theme 'Connecting people with production and business', we coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade to prepare carefully, from the display content to the presentation.
As for the culinary booth, the province has selected the most typical and unique dishes of both the Eastern and Western regions of Gia Lai to introduce to visitors of the capital and friends from near and far, thereby spreading the flavors, images and hospitality of the land and people of Gia Lai.
