+ 500gr baby back ribs. Choose ribs with a little fat so the meat is soft and not dry.
+ 1 large minced garlic bulb
+ 1 package of crispy fried flour
+ 1 bell pepper, betel leaf
+ Spices: fish sauce, sugar, pepper, seasoning powder
How to make delicious garlic ribs:

Prepare the ribs by washing them, blanching them with boiling water and a little ginger to remove the odor. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and drain.

Wash bell peppers and betel leaves

Marinate ribs with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and crispy fried flour packet for about 20-30 minutes to absorb the spices.


Add the remaining minced garlic and fry with a little oil. When the garlic is fragrant and golden brown, add the ribs and stir quickly so that the garlic coats the ribs evenly. You can add a little more fish sauce and sugar if you want a richer salty-sweet flavor.
