Ministry of Industry and Trade presents plan for the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just submitted a report to Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, Head of the Steering Committee of the 1st Autumn Fair 2025, on the organization of the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair 2025.

Carrying out the work of organizing the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - the Standing Agency organizing the Fair reported to the Deputy Prime Minister on the content of the preparations for the Closing Ceremony. Specifically, the Closing Ceremony program (expected) will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025 at the main stage of the Kim Quy building at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).

The Fair Organizing Committee proposed that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will preside over the Closing Ceremony. The Closing Ceremony will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam .

Based on the scale, nature and significance of the national event, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed the following guest list to attend the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair 2025: Representatives of the Party, State and Government leaders; Leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant central departments, ministries, branches and organizations; Representatives of the Hanoi City leaders and some localities; Steering Committee and Organizing Committee of the Fair; State-owned and non-state enterprises participating in the Fair; International guests from diplomatic missions and foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam; Reporters, domestic and foreign press; People and visitors.

Regarding the Closing Ceremony rehearsal scheduled to take place at 4:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to consider not implementing it.

Based on the above contents, to ensure that the organization of the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025 is implemented synchronously, uniformly and in accordance with regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade respectfully submits to the Deputy Prime Minister for consideration and direction on a number of contents regarding the tasks of each party.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade completed the draft speech of the Prime Minister after consulting with members of the Steering Committee; Presided over the proposal of commendation (if any) and the program to honor organizations and enterprises with typical exhibition spaces at the Closing Ceremony of the Fair, ensuring solemnity and brevity.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant units to develop and submit for approval the overall script for the Closing Ceremony and the art program; Organize the construction and installation of the stage, sound, lighting, and art decoration, ensuring quality, safety, and progress; Organize the art program at the Closing Ceremony under the direction of the Prime Minister.

The Hanoi People's Committee directs functional units to regulate traffic, ensure security, safety, environmental sanitation, food safety, health and fire prevention and fighting during the program; Strengthen communication and promote the image of the Fair and the Closing Ceremony on mass media and at cultural events in the area.

The Government Office presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to invite and confirm the leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, and Government to attend the Closing Ceremony; coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to welcome, arrange the seating positions of the leaders of the Party, State, members of the Party Central Committee, and leaders of central and local departments, ministries, branches.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs arranged bilingual English-Vietnamese interpretation for the Closing Ceremony; coordinated with the Government Office, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in reception, welcoming and arranging seats for international delegations.

Vietnam Television (VTV) and Voice of Vietnam (VOV) are taking the lead in developing plans for live television and radio broadcasting of the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair in 2025.

The People's Committees of provinces and cities sent representatives of the People's Committee's leaders to attend the Closing Ceremony of the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025, demonstrating the spirit of response and responsibility of localities to the national trade promotion event, thereby contributing to promoting the image, typical products and capacity of local enterprises.

Vingroup Corporation prepares sufficient infrastructure for agencies and units to carry out activities of the Closing Ceremony; closely coordinates with units of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies to resolve issues in the organization of the closing ceremony. At the same time, presides over and organizes the fireworks display at the Closing Ceremony of the Fair.
