
Positive changes
Early this November, the first batch of products at the KP Vina Aviation Components Factory project, KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. was completed for export to Korea and to serve the Boeing supply chain.
The order includes Boeing 787 wingtips (Raked Wing Tip) and components of the Boeing 737 Max series - products processed according to the most stringent standards of the world aviation industry such as AS9100, NADCAP, Anodize surface treatment, and non-destructive FPI testing.
According to Mr. Vu Quang Hung, Head of the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, the export of the first order is not only an important milestone for KP Aerospace Vietnam but also marks a new step forward for Da Nang on its journey to becoming a regional high-tech and aviation industrial center, affirming the city's ability to attract high-tech, high-value projects.
At the same time, it creates a foundation for the formation of the first aviation components manufacturing industrial cluster in Vietnam, increasing the ability to attract supporting and logistics businesses and international partners into the city's industrial ecosystem.
With the same orientation of expanding production and business, Danapha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company adjusted the total investment from 750 billion VND to nearly 1,500 billion VND for the project "Pharmaceutical manufacturing factory and High-tech research and development center" (Lot A22, Road No. 2, Da Nang High-tech Park). This is a modern factory with high automation, a production line with closed production stages, synchronous equipment with 100% new machinery imported from reputable pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers in Europe, meeting "Good manufacturing practices according to European standards (EU-GMP)".
Up to now, the project extension has completed the construction of the rough structure, panel assembly, installation of machinery and equipment, auxiliary systems, trial operation and acceptance of the construction part... It is expected to complete the construction and installation of machinery and equipment by the end of December 2025, and officially put the entire project into operation from January 2026.
Also in 2025, the city successfully attracted 2 international data centers located in Da Nang High-Tech Park. Specifically, the AIDC DeCenter Data Center project was granted an investment policy approval decision and investor approval on August 14, 2025, with a total registered investment of 20 million USD in phase 1 and an expected total investment of about 200 million USD for the entire project. The project is expected to start construction of the factory in the fourth quarter of 2025 and officially operate from the fourth quarter of 2027.
Previously, at the end of March, the Da Nang Data Center with a scale of 1,000 racks (network cabinets) was built at Lot H4, Da Nang High-Tech Park with a total investment of 800 billion VND in phase 1, and an estimated 1,200 billion VND in phase 2. The project has a total construction area of 10,400m 2 , a total floor area of 17,852m 2. The center is designed according to international standards TIA-942C Rated-3 and Uptime Tier-3, ensuring stable, safe and high-performance operation.

Promote investment attraction
Assessing the investment environment in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, Mr. Vladimir Kangin, CEO and co-founder of IPTP Networks Company - investor of AIDC DeCenter Data Center project, said that the time from completing procedures to project launch is very short, which demonstrates the city's strong commitment to attracting investment by streamlining administrative procedures. He believes that from Da Nang, AIDC DeCenter will become a new technology gateway of Southeast Asia, helping Vietnam seize opportunities and rise strongly in the global infrastructure race.
Meanwhile, a representative of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that in the coming time, the company aims to expand its factory, deploy a new production line for Boeing 737 Max; increase recruitment and training of engineers in Da Nang, and coordinate with the University of Technology (Danang University) to implement cooperation programs. At the same time, it is looking for logistics, packaging, and transportation partners to serve exports to the US market.
Mr. Vu Quang Hung informed that investment promotion is identified by the Management Board as an important task to attract many large-scale investment projects with modern technology.
With the spirit of serving businesses, the Management Board has provided flexible and practical support in investment procedures, removing obstacles in basic construction work, production and business activities of businesses, and resolutely reclaiming slow-moving projects, allocating land funds to qualified projects.
The Management Board promotes investment in priority areas, focusing on attracting strategies, proactively approaching and attracting projects with advanced technology, new technology, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, clean industry, high added value and the ability to connect to global supply chains.
Besides, expanding the target market, continuing to promote attracting investment waves from strategic countries such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, the United States and European countries...
“We are applying technology to operations to reduce time and costs for investors. We are strongly shifting from management to service thinking and from administration to creation to serve investors more effectively, regularly dialogue with businesses to increase connections between parties,” said Mr. Hung.
Accumulated to November 15, 2025, Da Nang High-Tech Park attracted 32 projects with a total registered investment capital of about 1.17 billion USD, including 19 domestic projects with a total registered investment capital of 10,576 billion VND (equivalent to 406 million USD) and 13 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of 770.5 million USD.
