On the afternoon of July 30, Tam Duong Medical Center held a conference to review the health and population work in the first 6 months of the year, and key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. Attending and directing the conference were Dr. Ta Hong Long - Deputy Director of the Department of Health; the Center's Board of Directors, leaders of departments, offices, commune health stations and affiliated staff.

In the first 6 months of the year, medical examination and treatment for the people was focused on. The quality of medical examination and treatment services was improved; exploitation and management of medical equipment; good implementation of Hospital Regulations, Professional Regulations, Code of Conduct, continued to innovate service style and attitude towards patient satisfaction. The total number of medical examinations was 78,066, reaching 51.4% of the plan; inpatient treatment of 4,028 patients, reaching 59.2% of the plan, an increase of 22% over the same period in 2024; outpatient treatment and prescription of 33,304 patients. Regular vaccination was organized in 100% of communes and towns. Propaganda and inspection work to ensure food safety has been strengthened. 518 food establishments were inspected, no violations were detected, and 6 cases of food poisoning were recorded, suspected of eating poisonous mushrooms and drinking wine soaked with Chinese bear roots.

The Health Center focuses on promoting communication and health education , focusing on improving quality and diversifying forms to help people easily access information on technical services being deployed in the area. Coordinated with departments to intervene in 05 cases of early marriage. Family planning implementation reached 78.9% of the plan; the rate of couples applying modern contraceptive methods reached 69.1%.

To continue improving the quality of operations and better meet the health care needs of the people in the area in the coming time, the Health Center focuses on the following key tasks and solutions: Proactively grasp and promptly resolve arising problems, while enhancing the responsibility of collectives and individuals in receiving feedback from the people. Pay special attention to, orient, and implement tasks to ensure progress and quality in the work after the reorganization of the apparatus according to the two-level local government model. Departments and offices will step up supervision and professional support for the Health Station, and at the same time adjust the planning indicators in accordance with the actual situation after the reorganization. Maintain and effectively implement health - population target programs, consolidate the indicators and criteria for communes to meet National Health standards; Effectively deploy electronic medical records, improve professional capacity, apply new techniques and improve medical examination and treatment processes, with the goal of optimal treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
