From July 1st, control over asset and income declarations will be implemented.

SKĐS - The Government has just issued Decree No. 164/2026/ND-CP detailing some provisions of the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption regarding the declaration of assets and income of persons holding positions and authority in agencies, organizations, and units.

The decree specifies the procedures for requesting and providing information on assets and income; declaring and publicly disclosing these declarations; developing plans for verifying assets and income; managing the national database on asset and income control; and handling related violations.
