To minimize the number of vehicles carrying goods through Huu Nghi International Border Gate having to stop and park on National Highway 1, based on the agreement between relevant agencies (Dong Dang - Lang Son Economic Zone Management Board, Provincial Border Guard Command, Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), leaders of Viettel Logistics Park), starting from the morning of May 3, 2025, the Border Gate Management Center will coordinate with functional forces to regulate All vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi International Border Gate move into Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park (Phu Xa commune and Thuy Hung commune, Cao Loc district) to stop before being regulated into Huu Nghi International Border Gate.

Since the morning of May 3, 2025, the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) have deployed forces to coordinate and flexibly and reasonably regulate the flow of vehicles carrying export goods in and out of the Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park area, as well as in and out of the Huu Nghi International Border Gate area, thereby ensuring security, order, traffic safety, and at the same time ensuring smooth customs clearance of goods through the Huu Nghi International Border Gate.

According to the leader of the Border Gate Management Center, the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Economic Zone, the Center has notified relevant agencies, functional forces at Huu Nghi International Border Gate and enterprises and organizations with export activities through Huu Nghi International Border Gate about regulating vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported to the Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park area.

All vehicles carrying import and export goods through Huu Nghi International Border Gate when regulating into Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park area during this time, Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park will collect a fee of 30,000 VND/vehicle/day to cover the costs of ensuring electricity, water, environmental sanitation...
