From 8:00 a.m. on October 10, the online contest "Learn about digital transformation in Quang Ninh province" in 2024 will start.

The contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens in the province, foreigners living, working, studying in the province (except members of the Organizing Committee, the Secretariat, the Jury, those participating in preparing exam questions/content, design units, and management units of multiple-choice exam software). 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies, unions, and public service units in the province, the armed forces, and 100% of students from universities, colleges, and high schools are encouraged to participate in the online contest.

The content of the Contest is to learn about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, documents of ministries, central branches and Quang Ninh province on digital transformation; Project on developing population data applications, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030; the results of digital transformation, Project 06 of the province have achieved; ways to exploit and use digital applications in information systems, platforms, applications on digital government, digital economy , digital society, Project 06 suitable for people and businesses and some basic knowledge on ensuring network information security.

To participate in the contest, contestants access the link on the Quang Ninh Electronic Newspaper: https://baoquangninh.vn, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal: https://quangninh.gov.vn (link) through a computer or mobile device with an Internet connection to participate in the contest (the access link is also attached to the electronic information portal/page of departments, branches, sectors, and localities).

Contestants will answer multiple-choice questions on the system. The contest has a set of multiple-choice questions, each question has 3 to 4 possible answers and only one correct answer and 1 additional question predicting how many people will participate in the contest. The online contest system will open from 8:00 a.m. on October 10, 2024 and end at 4:30 p.m. on October 30, 2024. The contest will be summarized and awarded on the day of the conclusion of the series of events and activities responding to National Digital Transformation Day (in November 2024).

The online contest "Learn about digital transformation in Quang Ninh province" in 2024 is organized to continue to widely propagate, helping cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, people and businesses in the province to raise awareness of the core and main contents, new points on the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws on digital transformation in the province. Thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030; Project on developing applications of data on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030 (Project 06); Resolution on comprehensive digital transformation in Quang Ninh province to 2025, with a vision to 2030; Project on comprehensive digital transformation of Quang Ninh province by 2025, with a vision to 2030; strengthening the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee on digital transformation by 2025, with a vision to 2030 in Quang Ninh province.

The online contest "Learn about Digital Transformation of Quang Ninh province" in 2024 has the following prize structure:

Individual awards: 04 groups of awards (including: First, second, third and consolation prizes). Expected awards: Certificates and cash prizes, including: - 01 First prize: worth 3,000,000 VND/prize.

- 03 Second prizes: worth 2,000,000 VND/prize.

- 05 Third prizes: worth 1,000,000 VND/prize.

- 20 Consolation prizes: worth 500,000 VND/prize.

* Award criteria:

- Answer most multiple choice questions correctly, including:

+ First Prize: answer correctly at least 48 questions or more.

+ Second Prize: answer at least 44 questions correctly.

+ Third Prize: answer correctly at least 40 questions or more.

- Most accurate prediction of “number of contest entries” .

- According to the rules of the contest.
