Proud and have absolute confidence in the leadership of the Party

For the Communist Party of Vietnam , the Party's ideological foundation is Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, the content of which is both revolutionary and deeply scientific. Our Party and President Ho Chi Minh always objectively, accurately, fully and deeply evaluate the role of Marxism-Leninism in the Vietnamese revolutionary process.

Protect Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought

Practice has shown that, in the process of implementing the resolution, not all cadres and party members but also the people have fully and deeply understood the issues of protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the 12th Politburo clearly states: The ideological foundation of the Communist Party of Vietnam is Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought. Therefore, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, first and foremost, is to protect Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought, then to protect the political platform, policies and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, and the people's trust in the Party. Only the Party is capable of leading our country from a country without a name on the world map to an independent nation, where people live in peace , prosperity and happiness. After the day of total victory, the Party led the entire nation to overcome poverty, overcome the consequences of war, and develop the economy. In particular, the Party has led the renovation process since 1986, helping our country's economy to develop more and more, so that after more than 35 years of renovation, our country has never had such a foundation, potential, position and international prestige as it does today. In our country, there is no other political force, except the Communist Party of Vietnam, that has enough courage, intelligence, experience, prestige and ability to lead the country to overcome all difficulties and challenges, leading the revolutionary cause of our nation from one victory to another. With the great and historic achievements of 35 years of renovation, at the 13th National Party Congress, our Party continues to affirm that Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought are the "compass" for all actions of the Party. The 13th Congress clearly stated the guiding viewpoint for the process of innovation and development in Vietnam, which is: "The guiding ideology throughout our entire Party, people and army is to steadfastly and creatively apply and develop Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought." This is considered one of the issues "of principle, of vital significance to our regime, the solid foundation of our Party, which does not allow anyone to waver or waver."

Responsibility of each cadre and party member

Currently, hostile forces are constantly plotting to abolish the leadership and ruling role of our Party. It can be seen that their tricks are increasingly sinister, sophisticated and difficult to identify. Their goal is to deny and abolish the leadership and ruling role of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and sabotage the revolutionary cause of Vietnam. Therefore, every cadre, party member and citizen needs to heighten vigilance, soberly identify and resolutely fight. In the past time, the work of fighting and protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting erroneous and hostile ideologies has been thoroughly grasped and regularly directed by Party committees and authorities in the province to the system of socio-political organizations at all levels, sectors, unions and localities. Under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee 35, all levels, sectors and localities in the province have regularly followed the situation of public opinion, public opinion and ideology of each cadre and party member to improve their capacity and awareness of fighting and criticizing hostile forces in the new situation, in which, "Struggling to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting hostile and erroneous viewpoints" is identified as a key content. At the same time, raising the sense of responsibility of each cadre and party member in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting hostile and erroneous viewpoints in the new situation. Reality shows that, stemming from the nature, plots, tricks and "Peaceful Evolution" activities against the Party, the State and our regime of hostile forces, the responsibility of each citizen, especially each cadre and party member in protecting the Party's ideological foundation has been raised. That shows that protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints is an important task, of vital significance to protecting the Party, the State and the socialist regime. Based on the reality, protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the province, local authorities and sectors also determined that this is a regular, continuous and unceasing task because hostile forces never give up their plots and tricks to sabotage the Party, the State and our regime.
