When first exposed to insurance as a customer, Ms. Nghiem Thi Thuy - MDRT Prudential Vietnam said that she still had many concerns about the true value of insurance. Therefore, she attended an insurance course to learn more about the product she was getting involved in.
“After attending Prudential’s insurance course and being granted an agent code, I experienced many practical skills from the profession and realized the necessity of insurance for life,” Ms. Thuy shared. Thanks to the opportunity to learn about insurance as a customer, Ms. Thuy opened up a new career that she has been pursuing for the past 15 years and achieved prestigious career milestones such as MDRT and COT titles.

Also a customer who wanted to learn about insurance, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - MDRT Prudential Vietnam shared about her career change with the desire to spread the humane value of insurance: "When I joined the course and realized the meaningful value that life insurance brought to me, I realized that I wanted to share about this humane product. A companion to overcome work obstacles
The journey is inspiring, but behind it are obstacles that not only the above consultants encountered but also a common experience of countless other consultants.
Talking about the difficulties of the job, Ms. Thuy shared an experience when working as a consultant, which was the opposition from her family. Faced with this difficulty, Ms. Thuy was still determined to accompany the profession and tried her best to convince her relatives to help change their perspective. Ms. Thuy said: "Since my family understood and supported me, this has been the motivation that has helped me not only achieve success in my work such as MDRT titles but also reach high levels in my career such as Director of the General Agency Office".
Each consultant will have different difficulties. At the beginning of her career, Ms. Thuy did not have many clients because she was from another province and came to the city to work. “At that time, Prudential company supported me by providing clients for me to take care of because I was a person who came to the city to work and did not have many relationships,” Ms. Thuy shared.
Although the difficulties of Ms. Thuy and Ms. Thuy are different, behind them there is always companionship and support from Prudential in the face of obstacles at work.
