At the units, the delegation listened to the Party Committee and commanders report on the situation and results of the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of 2025. Accordingly, the units always strictly maintain discipline and the SSCD duty regime, organize training according to plan; do a good job of ideological work for the troops, build a spirit of solidarity, love, and attachment to the unit, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks.

The working delegation of the Naval Region 3 Command, led by Colonel Pham Anh Tuan, Commander of the Region, inspected and grasped the situation at Radar Stations 535 and 3511 of Regiment 351 and Port Authority 313 under the Regional Staff Office.

In performing their professional duties, radar stations strictly maintain the regime of observing and monitoring the situation at sea and low-altitude airspace. Closely coordinate with cooperating units and local authorities to grasp the situation at sea and assigned low-altitude airspace; promptly report to command centers at all levels, avoiding being passive or surprised.

Along with that, the units also focused on mass mobilization work, actively carried out gratitude activities, participated in protecting political security, social order and safety, especially together with local forces to grasp the local situation, prevent and fight natural disasters, storms and floods, and participated in fighting fires on dozens of hectares of forest in the stationed area. The port units did a good job of protecting the safety of the water area and the assigned national defense land area.

Through the actual inspection of the system of books, documents and the maintenance of order in all aspects of work, the Commander of Naval Region 3 acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, proactiveness and positive results that officers and soldiers of the units have achieved in the past time and requested the units to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, thoroughly overcoming weaknesses and limitations; strictly maintaining the combat readiness regime; improving the quality and innovating the content and methods of training close to reality; ensuring good logistics and technical work, especially during the rainy and stormy season.

Colonel Pham Anh Tuan especially noted: Party committees and commanders of units need to continue to closely coordinate with forces stationed in the area and friendly units, strictly maintain radar operations to observe, detect, grasp the situation at sea and low airspace, promptly handle and report to command centers at all levels, not to be passive or surprised in any situation. At the same time, be proactive in coordinating search, rescue and salvage at sea with forces, not to make mistakes in performing tasks. For units under the Regional Staff Office, continue to maintain order and working regime, protect the safety of assigned waters and defense land, and properly resolve the relationship of military-civilian solidarity.
