An Giang: Urgently direct to promptly and fully resolve regimes and policies after administrative apparatus rearrangement

Implementing Resolution No. 273/NQ-CP dated September 9, 2025 of the Government on the regular meeting in August 2025, in which Point b, Clause 1 of the Appendix of the Resolution assigns the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to focus on implementing the following key tasks: "b) Timely and fully resolve the regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the process of reorganizing the apparatus and implementing the 2-level local government, especially those who have decided to resign. Arrange, organize, use working headquarters, public assets, handle finances, and working conditions after reorganization in accordance with the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister , ensuring efficiency, right purpose, thrift, avoiding waste and negativity"; The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directs:

Requesting Directors, Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to urgently direct departments and sectors to complete documents to implement payment of regimes and policies according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP) of the Government for cases of early retirement and resignation whose lists and budget estimates have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee according to the prescribed time but have not yet been resolved, to send to the State Treasury where the transaction takes place in the area to make payment to ensure the rights of beneficiaries, in accordance with the provisions of law, to avoid complaints.

Propose that the State Treasury of Region XX direct its functional departments and affiliated transaction offices located in the province to coordinate with departments, branches, and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to receive documents, resolve payments, and pay regimes and policies for cases of early retirement and resignation according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP) of the Government.

In case there are difficulties or problems in the process of paying regimes and policies, the provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones are requested to send documents to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Department of Home Affairs, and the Department of Finance according to their functions and tasks to synthesize and propose to the Provincial People's Committee.
