Forces and means are ready to participate in response, with the total number of mobilized military units and Military Region 3 stationed in the area and officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces being 3,023 comrades; means: 68 cars; 18 ships; 59 boats; 6 special vehicles.

The work of calling on boats and ensuring safety of aquaculture areas with a total of 109 passenger ships and 370 tourist ships has been informed about the storm and is ready to return to storm shelters when ordered. The number of offshore fishing vessels is 274 ships. All ships have been informed about the storm and are expected to return to anchorages. 3,884 fishing vessels operating in coastal areas have anchored in safe places. The whole province has 7,929 aquaculture facilities (including 800 aquaculture facilities at sea).
