During the period from 2016 to 2025, the Party Committee and Division 5 thoroughly grasped, deployed and implemented Decree No. 76/2016/ND-CP. The unit guided, inspected, urged, and monitored the good management of logistics facilities, gradually improving the quality and effectiveness of security work, and significantly improving the lives of soldiers. The quantitative standards and food rations were focused on, so the quality of meals was maintained; ensuring the receipt and issuance of adequate military uniforms for subjects according to current standards.

The Division ensures good health care for officers and soldiers, food hygiene and safety, and disease prevention and control. The Division has implemented many effective measures in military-civilian medical cooperation; population, family and child care, and infertility support. The Division has promptly ensured all needs for facilities and barracks infrastructure. Units have invested in new construction, lighting systems, security electricity, and conference hall and meeting room equipment...

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Trong Thai, Deputy Division Commander of Division 5, commended the outstanding results achieved by the units in implementing Decree No. 76/2016/ND-CP of the Government in the past time, and at the same time requested that in the coming time, they continue to strengthen political and ideological education, uphold the spirit of "Diligence, thrift, integrity, and uprightness", taking officers and soldiers of the logistics sector as the core in implementation, ensuring good logistics material standards according to regulations.

At the same time, pay attention to promoting the achieved results, thoroughly overcoming limitations and shortcomings, continuing to improve the quality of ensuring logistics standards for officers, soldiers, workers and defense officials; strengthen inspection and supervision; commend and replicate good models and creative ways of doing things. Thereby, contributing to building a clean and strong Division Party Committee, a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary and typical".
