Through the conference, the aim is to orient the ideology, raise awareness, political capacity, and sense of responsibility of cadres and party members of agencies and units in the General Department in performing assigned duties and tasks; at the same time, orient a number of key contents that need to be focused on propaganda in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Propagating the results of the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", the 50 Campaign for the period 2020-2025 and the results of implementing strategic projects and plans of the Logistics and Engineering sector. Promoting propaganda about the activities of logistics and engineering troops at units stationed in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, etc.
