Handing over 2 houses of 'Military-Civilian Friendship'

On October 30, at Binh Long Hamlet, Chau Thanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province, Division 5 coordinated with Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company 7 and Southwest Company of Military Region 7 to hand over two "Military-Civilian Friendship" houses to the families of Major Nguyen Thanh Sang and professional military Major Le Thi Hang, currently working at Battalion 17, Division 5.

Representatives of Division 5 presented the decision to hand over the house to two soldiers.

The handover of the "Military-Civilian Friendship" house is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Division's Traditional Day (November 23, 1965 - November 23, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the Military Region 7 Traditional Day (December 10, 1945 - December 10, 2025).

The two houses have an area of ^​​80m2 to ^150m2 , tiled floors, corrugated iron roofs; including 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 outbuilding. The total cost of each house is from 210 million VND to 360 million VND, in which Textile Joint Stock Company 7 and Tay Nam Company support each house with 80 million VND, the rest is contributed by the family. This is the motivation for the two soldiers' families to work with peace of mind, striving to complete the assigned tasks well.

On this occasion, Division 5, Textile Joint Stock Company 7 and Tay Nam Company presented gifts to congratulate the two military families on receiving their new houses./.
