On the morning of October 30, oil prices reversed to increase after 3 consecutive sessions of decrease, Brent oil increased by 0.52 USD/barrel, equivalent to 0.8%, to 64.92 USD/barrel; WTI oil increased by 0.33 USD/barrel, equivalent to 0.6%, to 60.48 USD/barrel.
According to data just released by the US Energy Information Administration (EIA), US crude oil, gasoline and distillate fuel reserves all fell more deeply than analysts expected in a previous Reuters poll. Specifically, last week, US crude oil inventories fell by nearly 7 million barrels, far exceeding the expected decrease of only 211,000 barrels.
The sharp decline has forced investors to reconsider their forecasts of a large oil market surplus as OPEC+ continues to increase production. Analysts have also expressed doubts about this forecast of oversupply.

Gasoline prices are estimated to increase by 700 - 760 VND/liter; gasoline and diesel prices will increase by 1,100 - 1,350 VND/liter; fuel oil will increase by 550 VND/kg.
