From the patriotic emulation movement, in Tay Ninh province, many typical and advanced collectives and individuals have appeared in many fields, from production, business to social activities... Thereby, contributing significantly to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.

Exemplary and responsible Veterans Association officials

Taking on the position of Chairman of the Veterans Association of Hung Dien B commune (before the merger) since 2015, then continuing to hold this position in Hung Dien commune (after the merger) until his retirement, Mr. Huynh Van Lung and the Executive Board of the Association united, took care of the lives of members and implemented many effective models and tasks.

Mr. Lung regularly cares for members.

Promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, Mr. Lung always maintains revolutionary ethics, promotes the pioneering and exemplary role in all activities as well as emulation movements of the Association and the locality.

With a friendly style, he and the Association's staff "went to every alley, knocked on every door" to encourage members to participate in the movements of "All people unite to build cultural families", "War veterans help each other reduce poverty and do good business "; and encourage members to convert crop and livestock varieties... to bring efficiency and stable income.

In particular, he organized the establishment of models of War Veterans' Welfare Fund, Comrades' Love Fund, and construction of Comrades' Love Houses. From these funds, the Association organized activities such as repairing and building houses, buying health insurance, visiting and giving gifts to members in difficult circumstances and sick in the area.

Up to now, the Commune Veterans Association's Comradeship Fund has mobilized more than 1.9 billion VND; annually contributing about 40 million VND to the Social Security Fund; in addition, from 2017 to now, the Association has built 12 comradeship houses, each worth from 40 to 60 million VND.

Veteran Le Van Thanh (Kinh Moi Hamlet, Hung Dien Commune) said: “My family is in a difficult situation, the house is seriously degraded but we do not have the conditions to rebuild it. In 2019, with the help and support of the Veterans Association of the commune and relatives, I was able to build a new house to stabilize my life. This is a priceless gift for my family, the affection of my comrades and teammates, I will forever remember it.”

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of Hung Dien Commune, Ta Van Menh, with the responsibility as a cadre and party member of the Party Committee of the commune, comrade Huynh Van Lung is always active and enthusiastic in his work and assigned tasks. He is always sociable for the collective, fulfills his responsibilities well, always completing assigned tasks well.

Mr. Huynh Van Lung always maintains revolutionary ethics, promotes pioneering and exemplary role in all activities.

With the achievements during his work, Mr. Huynh Van Lung and the Association of War Veterans were awarded many certificates of merit by all levels and sectors. In particular, in 2024, he was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President .

Continuously learning and innovating teaching methods

Dedicated and responsible, that is the comment of colleagues and students for Ms. Le Thi Hai Van, teacher of Binh Hoa Tay Primary and Secondary School (Binh Hiep commune). Her enthusiasm, tireless efforts, and devotion to the "career of educating people" helped her achieve good results during her time standing in front of the podium.

During 14 years of working and being attached to many generations of students, Ms. Van has always researched, learned, innovated teaching methods, and been diverse and creative in her work as a homeroom teacher.
