On the afternoon of October 31, the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association held a ceremony to sign the minutes of handover and acceptance of tasks after merging the Long An Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

At the ceremony, representatives of the two sides signed the minutes of handover of all assets, finances, organizational structure, personnel, rights and obligations between the Long An Literature and Arts Association, Tay Ninh Literature and Arts Association and the Tay Ninh Province Literature and Arts Association after the merger.

The handover is carried out publicly and in accordance with regulations, ensuring continuity and stability in the Association's operations.
