The science film “Recycling Colony” is in the list of 17 films of the International Science Film Festival in Vietnam 2025. The screening attracted more than 150 students from Kien Giang University to watch.

Students discussed and shared their feelings about the content, meaning of the message and the importance of "green jobs" in the context of climate change after watching the film.
The Science Film Festival is an international science communication event initiated by the Goethe-Institut in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In cooperation with local partners, the Science Film Festival aims to raise scientific awareness in the community through films combined with experiential educational activities, thereby promoting community awareness of contemporary scientific, technological and environmental issues.

2025 is the 15th year the Science Film Festival has been held in Vietnam with the theme Green Careers. The theme emphasizes essential industries and professions in promoting and protecting the environment.
In the context of increasing global focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, the importance of Green Jobs is leading the important shift towards a low-carbon economy worldwide.
The Green Career Bookcase with 40 titles is an independent curation project by Master Truong Le Na, founder of Book & Friend and Autumn Train, after 5 years of research, selection and survey of businesses operating in the field of sustainable development and peace education in Vietnam.
This bookcase was announced and displayed within the framework of the Science Fair 2025 and the opening of the Science Film Festival 2025 organized by the Goethe-Institut on October 19.
Autumn Train organizes a series of talkshows on the topic of Green Careers based on the Green Careers bookshelf, and also donates the bookshelf to libraries, schools, and educational institutions in need nationwide, including Kien Giang University.
