Groundbreaking ceremony of Binh An Duc Hoa Urban Area project (The Win City)

The event was held in a joyful atmosphere to celebrate the success of the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, marking the beginning of a new, modern and sustainable urban development period of the locality.

The Win City project has a total investment of more than 9,200 billion VND, a scale of 13 hectares, with nearly 6,000 apartments, commercial townhouses and a synchronous utility system, providing accommodation for more than 10,000 residents.

The project is planned in the direction of building a model urban ecosystem, fully integrating commercial, service, educational, medical, entertainment and community activities functions, aiming for a civilized, modern and high-quality living space, contributing to the harmonious development between industry and urban areas, economic growth and improving people's lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut emphasized that Tay Ninh province always identifies urban and housing development as one of the important pillars in the socio-economic development strategy for the period 2025-2030. The groundbreaking ceremony of The Win City project is a milestone affirming the belief and development aspirations of Tay Ninh, demonstrating the image of a dynamic, innovative and integrated land.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for investors and businesses, especially in the fields of urban development, infrastructure and social housing; at the same time, continuing to reform administrative procedures, promoting digital transformation, building a transparent, open and friendly investment environment.

He requested departments, branches and Duc Hoa commune authorities to continue to accompany and support investors during the implementation process; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles so that the project can be completed on schedule, bringing practical socio-economic efficiency to the locality and people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Long Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thang Loi Group, representing the investor consortium, said that The Win City is oriented as a model urban area, with the philosophy of "National Apartment - Easy to own", providing affordable commercial housing solutions, transparent legal status, synchronous infrastructure, comprehensive utilities for people, especially workers, engineers, laborers and young families.

He affirmed that the project not only contributes to promoting economic growth, creating jobs for thousands of workers, but also helps stabilize the population, improve the quality of life, and form a civilized and modern community; at the same time, it demonstrates the spirit of accompanying the Government in the National Housing Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030, towards the goal of "1 million houses for Vietnamese people".
