HNN.VN - Faced with the severe damage caused by prolonged rain and floods from October 27 to 30, 2025, causing deep flooding, seriously affecting the lives of thousands of workers in the Hue City area, many businesses in the area have quickly implemented timely support policies to help workers stabilize their lives soon.

At B'Lao - Scavi Group, the Board of Directors sent a letter of encouragement to all members of the factories Scavi Hue, Scavi Quang Dien and B'Lao Sport, expressing deep sympathy for the losses and difficulties caused by natural disasters. Preliminary statistics show that nearly 5,700 workers' families had their houses flooded from 0.5m or more, of which more than 1,600 houses were flooded more than 1.5m deep.

With the spirit of “responsibility and sharing”, the Group decided to advance 70% of the basic salary for October, paid immediately on October 31; at the same time, coordinate with the Trade Union to support 500,000 VND for each case of workers whose houses are flooded by 0.5m or more, transferred directly to the employee's account. In addition, the Company also surveyed to have more special support policies for cases of severe damage and researched long-term solutions on housing, property insurance, and safe working in natural disaster conditions.

In the spirit of mutual love, Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company (HUEGATEX) also decided to support 1,000,000 VND/person for employees signing contracts before September 2025 and 300,000 VND/person for employees signing contracts in October 2025; payment date is October 31, 2025.
