On October 29, the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum (VIPF) 2025 took place in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of many representatives of state management agencies, localities, associations, experts, along with domestic and international investors. Representing Amata City Ha Long, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Senior Director of Water and Environment Management attended the event.
The VIPF Green Future Awards is an important part of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum, organized by the Finance - Investment Newspaper and the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance .
The award is a memorable milestone and a convincing proof of Amata City Ha Long's continuous efforts in building a green and sustainable industrial park, based on Amata's business philosophy of "ALL WIN - All parties win".
Accordingly, Amata City Ha Long is gradually developing the Industrial Park in a green and smart direction, increasing the use of renewable energy, rational use of resources and ESG-oriented corporate governance and enhancing community responsibility.
In Quang Ninh province, Amata Ha Long is currently one of the leading industrial parks in terms of investment attraction speed up to now. The industrial park has attracted 21 FDI projects, with a total investment capital of nearly 3 billion USD, creating thousands of jobs for local workers.
Among them, the projects that Amata attracts are all in the fields of high-tech and environmentally friendly industries. This is to affirm Amata's commitment to the sustainable development orientation of Amata Group in general and Quang Ninh province in particular.
In the coming time, Amata City Ha Long will continue to develop the industrial park landscape, increase the proportion of green trees, focus on developing and prioritizing the use of renewable energy sources, and join hands in community activities to realize the goal of building Song Khoai Industrial Park into a sustainable investment destination for international investors.
