The source of 200 billion VND will be directly supported for people who suffered damage according to regulations, and essential infrastructure works will be immediately repaired: transportation, electricity, water supply, environmental sanitation, health care, education ... to soon bring activities back to normal.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city has been mobilizing and receiving support and donations from many agencies, organizations and individuals and will continue to provide timely and appropriate support to the people.

Immediately after having damage statistics (expected on November 1, 2025), the People's Committee of Da Nang City will request the Central Government to support funding for immediate repairs, and at the same time support funding to implement long-term solutions such as: Preventing landslides on Hoi An coast; relocating and resettling people in mountainous areas at high-risk of landslides, investing in suitable and resilient mountainous transport infrastructure (electricity, roads, schools, stations) and other long-term and sustainable solutions to gradually "adapt" to natural disasters...
