On October 31, the People's Committee of Tan Tru commune, Tay Ninh province organized a meeting and dialogue with households related to compensation and site clearance for the key project of building bridges and access roads to 3 bridges on Provincial Road 827E. Secretary of the Tan Tru commune Party Committee Dang Hoang Tuan; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee Nguyen Thi Phuc and leaders of provincial departments and branches chaired the dialogue.
According to the report of Tan Tru Commune People's Committee, the land clearance project to build bridges and access roads to 3 bridges on Provincial Road 827E through Tan Tru Commune has a length of about 1.9km with 168 households affected, the total land acquisition area is more than 14.5 hectares; in which, the land acquired from households is more than 12 hectares.
Implementing the project, up to now, Tan Tru commune has paid 161 cases with the amount of nearly 159 billion VND. At the same time, coordinating with the Ben Luc Regional Land Fund Development Center to prepare the third payment for 18 cases with the amount of more than 19 billion VND.
However, currently, the implementation of the site clearance project is still facing difficulties because the resettlement area has not been completed yet, and resettlement land has not been handed over to households, so some households have not agreed to hand over the construction site.
At the dialogue session, households that have not yet handed over the land basically agreed with the project implementation policy. However, the households requested Tan Tru commune and relevant agencies to consider implementing the resettlement project soon to arrange land plots; have additional support policies for households in difficult circumstances, etc.
Informing households, Tan Tru commune and provincial departments shared the difficulties of households in the project area, and at the same time hoped that households would agree with the temporary residence policy and soon hand over the site to the construction unit to speed up the project progress.
In addition, Secretary of Tan Tru Commune Party Committee Dang Hoang Tuan also requested the People's Committee of the commune and hamlets to visit each household to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of each specific case to report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee support policies and soon complete the project site clearance work./.
