Under Thailand's new regulations, visitors are required to complete the TDAC online form which includes entry information and health declaration as required by the Thai Ministry of Public Health .
Specifically, the online form is divided into several sections including personal information, travel and accommodation details, health declaration and finally, signature confirmation. Once the application has been submitted, a digital card will be sent via email. Travelers must print or save it on their smartphones to present at immigration.

To fill out the online declaration, visitors need to complete the following steps:
- Passengers can make a declaration via QR code or visit the official website: tdac.immigration.go.th, click on "Arrival Card".
- Fill in personal information and itinerary in Thailand, health status...
- Provide your email address (TDAC will be sent to this address as a PDF file).
- Submit form: Accept the terms of use, then authenticate.
- Your card will be generated instantly. Download TDAC: Keep a printed or digital version of your TDAC with you throughout your stay in Thailand.
Thailand's new immigration regulations also require foreigners staying in Thailand for more than 90 days to notify in writing the immigration officer near their place of residence and to do so periodically every 90 days.
Foreign workers are not allowed to work without a valid work permit.
Cases that do not need to make an entry declaration include passengers in transit or transferring flights without going through immigration control.
Thailand is gradually phasing out the TM6 entry form for foreign visitors. Instead, Thailand requires foreign visitors to complete a Thailand Digital Arrival Card within 72 hours of entering the country.
